Wellesley.The Region of Waterloo administers the service and hires the contractor.

The Region of Waterloo's Stage 2 outdoor water use restrictions come into effect annually on May 31st and continue until September 30th. See the Region of Waterloo for details about your lawn watering and car washing days.

The Region of Waterloo Wastewater Group is responsible for overseeing the treatment of wastewater generated by the Cities of Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge and the Townships of North Dumfries, Wellesley, Wilmot and Woolwich; several major pumping stations; the Wellesley collection system and the management of biosolids.

The Kiwanis Transit provides wheelchair accessible transportation for seniors andpersons with disabilities within Wellesley, Wilmot & Woolwich Townships. For all appointments, visiting and shopping, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Cost is $2.50 one-way to any location within one Township and $7.00 one-way for travel to any location in Kitchener-Waterloo.
