Do I need a building permit and a fence for a pool?

If a pool is capable of holding more than 30" of water it requires a building permit from the Township Building Department and requires a minimum 5' high fence. What are the setbacks for an accessory building?

In a residential zone, an accesory building (i.e. detached garage, driving shed, pool shed) has a minimum side and rear yard setback of 1m (3.28 ft.). It cannot be located in front of the main dwelling and must be a minimum 6m (19 ft.) from the front lot line.  It also shall be located a minimum 2m (6.5 ft.) from the main residential dwelling
