COUNCIL MEETINGS

DELEGATION:  Registration and Requirements

Requests to appear as a delegation at any Council or Committee Meetings should be received by the Clerk by 4:00pm on the
Wednesday BEFORE the scheduled meeting in order to ensure you or your organization will be placed on the agenda.
Registration can be made via email to sduke@township.wellesley.on.ca or call Susan Duke, CAO/Clerk at 519.699.4611 between
8:30am and 4:00pm.

Registered delegations will be alotted 10 minutes for their presentation. If you wish for Council to review material prior to the meeting,
please forward information to the above noted email address.

The Council Chambers is equiped with an overhead projector and afixed pull-down screen.  Special arrangement can be made for
electronic presentation equipment, if necessary.

All meeting are open to the public, unless otherwise permitted to be closed under the Township's Procedural By-law.
